Renting a bike (in our case two eBikes for two days) was a smooth, comfortable and problem free experience. The communication with Luca before the rental was seamless and very polite. The drop off/on with Elisabeth (not sure if I spelled that right) was also a very pleasant experience. For our planned rides in the Chianti area (and surroundings of Siena) we had a perfect set of bikes, fit for purpose and in top shape. Thank you for the excellent service! Gracie mille!

Highly recommend and I would certainly use them again. They made my Ironman experience far more enjoyable. From setting up the bike, being flexible with meet up/drop off times, to a high quality bike and customer service.

We hebben 2 electrische city bikes gehuurd, ze waren sportief en degelijk en in perfecte staat. We waren een kwartiertje te laat terug wat gelukkig geen probleem was. Super aardige jongeman die ons heeft geholpen. De prijs was ook prima. Ik raad het zeker aan.

The reason why I gave 5 stars is because Luca was very professional and courteous in helping us. As far as the bikes go: no bike lock, no insurance for theft, no bell, the bottle holder was a tripping hazard. If you’re only going bike around the city you should probably get a different bike, if you’re interested in making longer trips to perhaps Pisa this could be the bike you want.

I rented a bike from Ciclismoplus in Lucca. The whole experience was very satisfactory – from checking what was available online, booking online, engaging with the area manager Luca and collecting and returning the bike. Luca was friendly and accommodating and the bicycle was in good condition. if I have the opportunity, I would definitely use Ciclismoplus again.

I had a seamless experience with Ciclismoplus, 5-star service all the way! From collecting a perfectly serviced bike that was already set up, to a quick and easy drop-off at the end. The guys were super friendly and helpful. Very highly recommended!

From start to finish the experience with Ciclismoplus was exemplary!! Any communication was prompt, and well detailed. Being an avid cyclist, for 30+ years and being in Italy 5 previous times bringing our own bikes renting from Ciclismoplus exceeded my expectations. The equipment is high quality and up to date technology. The drop off and deliver by Leif was an added bonus!!! My husband and I rented the Racemax 3T Gravel bikes, and they were amazing. Our friends rented E bikes, and were very delighted with them.
We all look forward to repeating this experience with Ciclismoplus on our next visit. I highly recommend them!!!!

The bike was perfect and they really took the time to adjust it for my preferred position.
Also the staff is super friendly, they really take time and help you out with some amazing routes around this beautiful city.
