Brilliant company from start to finish! We booked bike hire through Ciclismoplus for a recent cycling holiday and we cannot fault their service. Despite it being an incredibly busy time of year with the Giro passing through the region, Max did everything to source us three brilliant Canyon Endurace bikes. Upon arrival we were greeted by both Max, Gabriele and Francesca. The bikes were immaculate, and they helped make the necessary adjustments to ensure our positions were correct. Francesca even provided us with an espresso which was welcome after a long journey. The bikes are to a high specification and well maintained, ideal for the surrounding climbs and descents. As we were in a remote area for our stay, we arranged for Max to collect the bikes before our departure, which made things much easier for us. We will be back! Thanks again to the team and for making us feel so welcome.

"Top notch! Working with Ciclismoplus was a fantastic experience. I rented a beautiful Canyon road bike for 5 days of riding in Tuscany. The bike was in excellent condition, and the fit was pre-adjusted in advance of delivery. The bike was delivered to my villa on time and came with everything I needed - a saddle bag with important tools/accessories, water bottles, SPD pedals and a Garmin mount. The Ciclismoplus staff was super friendly, professional and helpful at every step. Communication was excellent throughout the process/rental. I was admittedly a little concerned about how this process would unfold. As it turns out, I had no reason to worry. Ciclismoplus had everything covered and helped make my cycling vacation absolutely perfect. I cannot recommend Ciclismoplus highly enough!"

“Very good bikes, delivered and picked up as planned. Fantastic service overall, swift communication via mail with Max. Bikefit-details could be forwarded prior to delivery of the bikes; hence easy to get on the bike and out on the roads. Good walk through of the bikes. They were all in good conditions and we (10 in our group) had not issues at all during our 5 days of riding. We will continue to rent with Ciclismoplus and recommend to all others in the area.
