I recently rented a bike for Maratona and the service Ciclismo provided was second to none. The communication was great right from start and they accommodated a couple of changes I requested without fuss. They provided the latest Scott Addict RC with carbon wheels which was perfect for the demanding climbs. The pickup and drop off in Corvara was easy including the expert saddle adjustment. I highly recommend Ciclismo for bike hire needs in Italy.

Rented four Scott roadbikes, good quality bikes which met all our needs. They went out of there way to accommodate our needs, very punctual and fair. Would recommend.

We were a party of six cyclists hiring bikes . The ordering process was straightforward and we had regular contact with Luca to confirm the drop off point and bike sizes etc in the monthsbefore our trip. Within a couple of hours of our arrival in Pisa we were contacted by Luca to confirm the delivery . On arrival at our holiday premises we were greeted by Peppi . Over the next couple of hours he took time to ensure all our bikes were set up as we liked them and then he went over the bikes to point out and record any scratches. He was very friendly and knowledgable. We had to visit the bike shop in Lucca due to an annoying squeak on a front wheel and again Peppi sorted it. I would highly recommend Ciclismoplus for quality bike hire .
