Fantastic experience with Ciclismoplus in Lucca! Rented a perfectly-geared and maintained Scott for three days in June, 2026. I received nothing but quick and helpful service from Luca throughout the entire experience. Thorough fitting, spotless and well-serviced bicycle as well as helmet (small extra fee) were provided when picking up. Return went smoothly and professionally. Ciclismoplus (with Luca's service!) made for a perfect rental experience. If you are a cyclist near Lucca contemplating a rental – don't hesitate. Ciclismoplus has exactly what you are looking for – high-quality, properly geared bicycles and professional service. The climbs around Lucca (we were in Vico Pancellorum) are challenging, quiet, charming and breathtaking all at the same time!

Bike collecting was stress-free and quick, so was the return. Bikes themselves were great, we had no issues with the bikes throughout our rental. Dealing both with Luca via email and with Marco in person was flawless… I would recommend Ciclismoplus and Tuscanybicycle.

I hired a Scott Addict for 5 days, Max and Gabriele were very helpful, the bike was an excellent choice for me, in one day I cycled mostly in the wet for 120km with 1360m of elevation, the bike stood the test. I would highly recommend them.

We rented top e-bikes for all kinds of terrain and were happy with the Scott machines. Gabriel and his staff don’t have a standard store-front operation but they were excellent to deal with in a variety of ways. Excellent experience.
