Fantastic bike hire service, great to explore the Tuscan countryside. Instead of booking on the website, we sent an email to Ciclismoplus with our needs/dates/other details. They answered quickly and responded quickly to any question we had via WhatsApp. Bikes were delivered to and picked up from our hotel exactly to our specifications. Would not hesitate to book again!

I rented a gravel bike from them and had an excellent experience. Thanks a lot to Francesco for being so attentive and nice, we had a great time setting up the bike (SRAM!!). The bike behaved like a charm, I really enjoyed it.

Renting a bike (in our case two eBikes for two days) was a smooth, comfortable and problem free experience. The communication with Luca before the rental was seamless and very polite. The drop off/on with Elisabeth (not sure if I spelled that right) was also a very pleasant experience.
