His service was excellent, he took all the time to adjust the bike properly with me. The bike I rented was of great quality and I had a wonderful ride through the countryside. I rented 2 gravel bikes for the Tuscany Trail ride. The equipment was excellent and the service outstanding. It made the ride fantastic knowing we were very well taken care of with bikes that we could trust.
