Description
Four days completely dedicated to the sixth edition of one of the most picturesque granfondo in Tuscany: the Granfondo Gallo Nero in Chianti. For the first two days we‘ll train together like a real pro team, riding part of the competition trail and planning our strategy for the race. On the third day, we’ll compete with the over 2,000 participants, leaving together from Radda in Chianti, the city of wine and cycling, tracing the tracks of cycling grand champion Gino Bartali. The trail winds through the Gallo Nero area and through tiny hamlets like Greve in Chianti, San Casciano Val di Pesa, Tavarnelle Val di Pesa, Castellina in Chianti and Gaiole in Chianti; it features rolling paths with short but intense inclines that give us the opportunity to experience the magic and marvel of the Chianti hills during harvest.
