On this seven day bike tour in Italy, we’ll discover breathtaking getaways with panoramic views along some roads also ridden by the great Gino Bartali during his heroic rides to save a large number of Jews during WW2. We will be greeted by a luxury of natural beauty and we’ll visit some of the most evocative villages in Italy. We’ll ride along dreamy streets across unique areas such as Lucchesia and Chianti, where we’ll find rolling hills covered with woodlands, vineyards and silver green olive groves. We will sample delightful food and excellent wines at our favourite trattorias in the area. Our local bi-lingual expert staff will introduce you to some of the most hidden artistic gems in Italy. There’s more than enough to keep you satisfied and you can also expect plenty of entertainment off the bike too.
Our guides will meet you at Pisa International airport and will transfer you to your hotel in Lucca.
